I know it was greedy, but I took a photo of a high straight nose and said, “This is greedy, right?” but the doctor said they could make it exactly the same and told me not to worry at all. But it really was greedy, ha. First of all, my nose is crooked in an S shape, and the shape of the autologous costal cartilage shows through the nasal tip exactly as it is, like it is going to pierce through the skin. I showed a straight nose shape, but it is a semi-upturned nose. The nasal bridge is lower than I wanted, the nasal tip has been raised too much, and the nasal tip is too blunt.
