For about 3 weeks, it was such hell that I would recommend functional rhinoplasty to the person I hate the most, even my worst enemy. They fix both sides inside with splints, and because of that I couldn't breathe at all, so for 3 weeks I had to sleep breathing through my mouth, wake up every hour and drink water, and because I couldn't sleep properly while working, I had body aches continuously for 3 weeks.
