I Had Autologous Costal Cartilage, but I Ended Up With a Saddle Nose

I had contracture and underwent revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, but I ended up with a saddle nose. Ha, at first they said the AlloDerm in the nasal dorsum area had absorbed a lot, so it could be reinforced later, but today they said the nasal septum was too weak and seemed to have collapsed again, so that's probably why it became a saddle nose. They said if I really wanted to do something, I would need nasal valve reconstruction, but the effect apparently isn't that great. So they said it might be better to just add AlloDerm on top, but then wouldn't the nasal septum sink further? I think that's why it's been hard to breathe lately.
