I wanted a natural-looking surgery, so I only raised the nasal tip with ear cartilage. I never really wanted a higher nasal bridge to begin with, and I wanted to correct the nasal tip that was my complex. Since it was hard to go all the way to Seoul, I had a consultation at a clinic near my home and booked right away. Maybe I should have looked into it more. The doctor also said they absolutely wouldn’t do an excessive surgery, and recommended not putting silicone in the nasal bridge. I saw a lot of reviews saying rhinoplasty was uncomfortable because you can’t breathe, but maybe because only ear cartilage was used, I could breathe well right after surgery.
