First of all, I had a square jaw and a very severe bulbous nose, so my face looked very spread out. I looked very chubby compared to my weight… Since I don't exactly have a low nasal bridge, I only wanted to reduce the nostril wings, and above all, I was so, so scared of nose surgery… so I decided to only have nasal tip surgery.
