Concerns before surgery I had posterior lower-direction periosteal fixation canthoplasty, and because of the skin-incision surgery, conjunctival lifting and a scar at the end of the under-eye fat roll spread widely, making the under-eye fat roll look cut off. When I smiled with my eyes, it looked pinched, and because it felt like the outer corner of my eye was being forcibly pulled, it looked bizarre. So I think I spent a long time worrying that I needed to undo the lower canthoplasty and went around to many consultations.
