I wanted to create a new line and open up my previously stuffy-looking eyes, so this time I had incisional lateral and lower canthoplasty. With the incision, the line was set stably, and with lateral and lower canthoplasty, the exposure of the iris area was increased, greatly improving the stuffy look. I liked that the director accurately caught the points I wanted. As the swelling went down, the first thing I noticed was the more open horizontal length. The back of the eyes connected more, so the stuffy feeling disappeared, and thanks to the lower canthoplasty, the exposure of the sclera increased naturally, making my impression much softer.
