I had long-nose surgery 10 years ago, using costal cartilage. Originally I had a large, long nose, and after three surgeries the size did get somewhat smaller, but it still felt long, so I had a consultation. The doctor seemed so confident that I had surgery. But my nose became bigger and more masculine. Because it was costal cartilage, the swelling lasted a long time, the price was expensive, and my previous nose was much better. It really seems like the doctor only does what the patient wants and doesn’t care about the overall balance or image.
