It’s been quite a while since my first rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone. Now I have almost no abnormal sensation at the nasal tip, and the shape has become more natural than at 12 months. The nasal tip has dropped slightly compared to the beginning, but I actually think it’s better than being too pointy. When I looked at hospital reviews, the nasal features of the hospital that I noticed were generally that the glabella starting point isn’t high and the nasal tip is high, so I chose this hospital and I’m satisfied. Hoping the nasal tip doesn’t drop any further from here, and I hope everyone’s rhinoplasty turns out beautifully
