It has now been 10 months since my first rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. As I have said before, I got rhinoplasty because my nose was short and low. From around after month 6, the shape became more natural, and there had been a hard feeling around the nasal ala area, but now it has returned to the feeling of touching normal skin from before surgery. There are no side effects, the autologous costal cartilage scar has also faded whitish and faint, and I feel there has not been any major change in the shape of the nasal tip. My plain face gained more dimension, and when I look at my pre-surgery photos, I definitely think, I used to be unattractive, and now I think I should have done it sooner when I was younger …
