I'm 3 months post-op from functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. I did have the stitches at the nasal tip removed, but I was honestly scared of the stitches inside the nose ㅠ so I didn't get those removed ㅠㅠ But for 3 months, I kept applying ointment inside the nose and managing it, and maybe because they were definitely dissolvable stitches, now they seem to have all dissolved to the point that I can't see them anymore. I was brave enough to undergo such a big surgery ㅠ but collapsed at stitch removal lol My own self lol Seriously lol I didn't know what to do. I had my nasal bridge raised, corrected my bulbous nose, had osteotomy, and even had sinusitis surgery, so I got it done as a functional and cosmetic nose surgery together by an ENT director lol …
