I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone to raise the nasal bridge, and lowering the columella. My nose was usually low and bulbous, which was a complex for me, so I went around to several clinics for rhinoplasty consultations, but I could not find a good place and was feeling anxious.
