Usually, after a first surgery, satisfaction can be much higher because swelling makes the nose look higher. It depends on the person, but if someone’s first surgery was botched as badly as mine, I think they would definitely feel that since they spent money anyway, they at least want it to look noticeable. I also pursued a natural-yet-defined look for my first surgery, but because I ended up with a drooping Squidward-like nose from SpongeBob that was worse than before, for the revision I thought I would rather have it look obviously done as long as it became higher.
