Rambling one month after revision rhinoplasty

After my nose surgery 2 years ago, I gradually felt like the bridge of my nose was becoming crooked, then the nasal tip hurt, and a foul smell and runny nose kept coming from the right side. Then the end of the implant protruded, so I had it removed. After that, the bridge of my nose felt somehow lacking and was too absent, so 6 months after implant removal I got nose filler, and I was satisfied to some extent, but I disliked the blunt feeling, so I looked into revision rhinoplasty as safely as possible. Because of my memory of removing the silicone, I wondered whether not to do it, but I really felt this wasn’t right, so I dissolved the nose filler, placed a thin layer of silicone, and since I fortunately still had ear cartilage left, I used it to build the nasal tip.
