I was deciding between a petite procedure and plastic surgery, and the staff member in charge recommended plastic surgery, saying the petite option wouldn’t be permanent. So after really thinking about it for several months, I went ahead and did it.. For some reason, after it was done, it felt like nothing had happened. It felt like I’d gotten it over with easily, sort of. The surgery took about 2 hours and 40 minutes. I really started sweating all over when it was over.. They said it took me quite a long time. And when they cut the ear cartilage, I felt like I was about to throw up. I think it took about an hour, and while I was hearing that sound I was thinking all kinds of things, like I should think of other things, pray, and live diligently.. The swelling started getting worse from the second day. Bruising kept appearing too, and around my eyes I really looked like a beast.. It has gone down a lot now.. The bridge hump is very noticeable. I’m worried about what shape it will end up taking.. I’d be upset if I had surgery and there were no changes.. I’ve been going to work wearing a mask. I lied and said I hurt my nose... Everyone didn’t seem suspicious at all. Like, would a kid really have done it during the week? It felt like that..
