I got my nose done yesterday and still haven’t slept,,

I’ve been coming in every day just to get useful information, and this is my first time posting. I had surgery yesterday afternoon, but I can’t sleep,, Somehow I feel like it’ll swell more if I sleep, so I can’t sleep -_- At first, before going into the operating room, I was really nervous, that famous sleep anesthesia,,, lol My memory cut out for a moment, and when I came back to my senses groggily, they were doing something. When the sleep anesthesia was still in effect, I was like, 'Ah, if it’s this much, it doesn’t hurt at all and seems doable?'; but then the awkward situation of becoming more and more clear-headed;; On top of that, I wasn’t getting an implant and wasn’t having osteotomy, just raising the nasal tip with my own cartilage, so compared with osteotomy, they said it was only about 60% of the process,,, they said it would take about an hour,, anyway, they said it was the simplest nose surgery, But during the surgery, the doctor kept saying things like, 'This nose is harder than I thought,' 'It’s more crooked than I thought.' And they had said they wouldn’t touch the bridge, but they shaved the nasal bone too,,, that feeling of the bone being shaved,, I’ll never forget it for the rest of my life.... hoo.........-_ In the end, it took two hours...-0- I was so anxious, and I needed to go to the bathroom too,, Why am I lying here,, I must have briefly fallen for the devil’s temptation,, I should’ve just lived with the face I was born with,, I want to go back to before surgery,, all kinds of thoughts went through my head. Besides, they anesthetized me for one hour, but since the surgery stretched to two hours, it felt like the anesthesia was gradually wearing off too,,, I held it in and held it in because I was afraid they’d think I was a fussy patient if I said it hurt, but when they cut something out it hurt so much that I screamed, and then they said, 'Put her back to sleep' -_-;;; So once again, back to the world of sleep anesthesia~ -0- When I came to again, it was almost over. After surgery, when I got up from the operating table, tears just started dropping on their own out of unnecessary sadness. They said that because they didn’t put in any foreign material and used only cartilage, shaping it took longer than expected. After surgery, it doesn’t hurt that much,, more than the pain, I’m so frustrated because I can’t breathe. I have to wait 12 more hours before they remove the bandage, and I don’t know how I’ll wait.. Phew~ I hope the shape came out pretty,, I’m so worried.. Still, the doctor is famous for making things look natural, so I’m thinking it’ll just come out natural. It doesn’t hurt terribly, but if I were told to do it again, I absolutely don’t think I could,, I had thought I should get double eyelids too, but I’m not going to,, -_-;; I’ll upload photos when the splint comes off~
