Recently, I gained weight rapidly and started snoring I also developed rhinitis, so every time I sleep outside, I feel a bit self-conscious, and even at home I sometimes feel self-conscious. They say my snoring is really severe. If I have surgery, is the effect significant? And will there be no side effects or obvious signs that I had surgery?
