Has anyone had their nose look crooked right after surgery as soon as the splint was removed? At the hospital, right after removing the splint, the director adjusted the silicone a bit by hand, but even after coming home, the nasal bridge still looks crooked, and when I look from below, the columella also looks a bit crooked. If anyone has had an experience like mine, please give me some advice.
