It was definitely a very famous hospital, so I went all the way from Daegu to Seoul, had the surgery, and when I came out, there were drains on both sides. As soon as the surgery was over, I was in so much pain even in the recovery room. They said the left drain could be removed, so I was discharged with only the right drain still attached. It really hurt so much. And my right hand felt numb, and I kept feeling like the blood wasn't circulating properly ㅜㅜ Since I live outside Seoul, I had the director check my progress right away the next day and then went back down to Daegu... They said hand numbness can happen and just told me to massage my hand a lot, and they said the strange sensation would come back later. But it hurt so much.. When I contacted the consultant, she said it would be better to come up and have it checked, so I went back up to Seoul and had an appointment, and that was day 4 after surgery. At that time they removed the right drain, said it was very swollen, touched my right breast, and said to just watch it more, so I went back down to Daegu again.. But the right breast where the drain had been removed swelled up all the way to my clavicle, kept bruising, hurt so badly, and the swelling was so severe it went all the way up to my armpit. Also the sensation around my armpit and arm felt strange, and my right hand became increasingly numb and felt so weird ㅜㅜ I contacted the consultant first, but she said it would be okay and that bruising and swelling can happen. That day was Saturday, and she said I could come up the following Friday, so I waited until the next week and went up.. So I went up almost a week later.. I had been enduring it while it kept swelling and hurting.. As soon as the director checked my progress, he said, "I could see you in the consultation room, but for this, I think we need to go into the operating room and check it while you sleep for a short time.".. I was also extremely swollen, and from what I had heard from several places, and because I have friends and acquaintances who work in operating rooms, just looking at my condition, the swelling went up to the clavicle and my breast was completely hard like a stone. I had an intuition that there had been bleeding inside... So I asked the director right away, "Is this a hematoma or bleeding right now?" and he just said that was what he was trying to check, and said we should check in the operating room. It wasn't, from the beginning, "It may be a hematoma or bleeding, so let's check" ㅜ... He just said there was something to check.. Since I also used to work at a hospital, it really felt wrong.. because they didn't tell me clearly.. Anyway, since there was nothing I could do, I said okay and lay down on the operating table crying. But the consultant brought one surgical consent form. She said it was just a formality, but it said it was a consent form for revision surgery, and I think it had content like not disclosing this fact outside.. They printed it out in a rush, so I had no choice but to sign and lie down. Because anesthesia was done suddenly, I couldn't fast and lay down on the operating table ㅜ My right arm had kept feeling numb and strange, and I couldn't even put my arm up on the operating table. It was too numb, and when I lifted my right arm, it felt like my right breast was being pulled up with it, so it hurt so much, my hand was numb, and I felt so strongly like the blood wasn't circulating, so I said I couldn't do it. They said they would do it after I fell asleep. Then when I woke up, I was in the recovery room again, and they had put a drain on the right side again. But from then on, I realized there was no sensation at all on the inner side of my arm, my arm was even more numb than before, and if I fully straightened my arm, it became so numb that I couldn't do anything.. If the breast goes wrong and a hematoma forms, they can remove the implant or later do revision surgery or take measures, but right now my hand is so numb and I have no sensation at all on the inner side of my arm. For now, I'm planning to go to the hospital, but I feel like during surgery they may have touched the muscle layer or nerves incorrectly.
