Do you absolutely have to get double eyelid surgery in Seoul for it to be successful? From what I see online and hear from people, they say double eyelid surgery has to be done in Seoul to succeed, but I had mine done in Daejeon, and I regret not going to Seoul, so I’m asking. Is it true that if you do it in Seoul, double eyelid surgery will definitely succeed?
