It's been about a month since surgery...

I'm currently in my first year of high school, and as soon as winter break started, I had medial epicanthoplasty and an incisional double eyelid surgery. It was an important time, and I got scolded a lot for saying I was getting double eyelids, but I finally had the surgery I had wanted so badly. That day, my friend had surgery at a different hospital.. After the swelling went down somewhat, I met that friend, and she said it looked uneven. I didn't pay attention. But now, after a month has passed and the swelling is going down, the positions of the double eyelid lines are different, the eye shapes themselves are completely different, and on top of that, one eye seems like it's about to come undone. My left eye is only half the size of my right eye.. Only half of the pupil/iris of my left eye is visible.. I want revision surgery. Can I get revision surgery right away? And when I went for a consultation because my eyes looked strange, the doctor said it was because the swelling hadn't gone down yet, that it didn't look very strange, and kept asking me why I was being like that. So I'm thinking of paying for revision surgery at another hospital.. If I do it during winter break next year, I'll be a prospective high school senior preparing for the college entrance exam.. so there's no way.. and I really also don't want to live with severe asymmetry until after the exam is over. What should I do?
