It has already been 3 weeks. First, around day 5 after surgery, most of the major swelling had gone down, so it was to the point where I could go around without a mask. Of course, my cheeks looked a little fuller, enough that people said I looked cute. To someone who does not know me, it would seem like my face was originally like this. In week 2, I had the stitches inside my mouth removed. Last time when I had cheekbone surgery, getting the stitches removed hurt insanely badly and I cried my eyes out, so this time I was so, so scared about how much it would hurt, but thankfully it did not hurt at all.
