My nasal tip.. I had it done with nasal cartilage, but after surgery I can't make a pig nose, it doesn't press down, and it's fixed, so it feels completely like a plaster-cast nose.. Does the nose normally get this hard after rhinoplasty? I thought it would be soft, but it doesn't feel like my nose at all.. Is everyone like this?
