This is my second revision rhinoplasty, and maybe it’s because they used autologous costal cartilage while doing columellar lengthening, but my columella area has become so thick It seems too different in size to just be swelling. Is there anyone like me? Sigh, I want to restore the size of my columella. The asymmetry seems worse too, and I’m worried I shouldn’t have done it
