Originally I had no bridge at all and a completely spread-out bulbous nose, so this time I raised the bridge and tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Before surgery, I was excited just thinking I’d get a bridge and a slimmer nose, but after the surgery, when the splint came off, the nasal tip was more upturned than before and my nostrils showed. Before, my nostrils were barely visible ㅠㅠ It feels so awkward, like a pig nose, and like it’s really obvious I had cosmetic surgery, so I’m stressed. Other people say they desperately hope their nasal tip doesn’t drop, but I really hope mine drops a bit so my nostrils show less ㅜㅜ…
