In week 1, I endured bruising, swelling, and pain and just pushed through it I also dieted little by little, and for aftercare I went to the clinic and got mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections and extracorporeal shock wave therapy too. What do you think? The bruising is all gone, right? There’s still some lumpiness, so I’ll work harder on aftercare. I’ll come back to leave another review haha
