I had alar reduction surgery at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ a month ago. A month has already passed, and now moving my nose has become quite natural. I still feel a slight pulling sensation when I smile, but the shape has settled. They say humans are creatures of endless desire, and seeing the settled nose shape makes me think I should have reduced it a little more. Still, I am fairly satisfied. I have also been carefully applying scar ointment every day, and the scars have faded a lot. I had quite a bit of swelling at first, but after the stitches were removed, it went down quickly.
