It's already been 4 months since my alar reduction. As you can see in the photo, from the side my nostrils had such a strong presence that it looked like I was always tensing my nostrils. I looked into alar reduction thinking I just wanted to fix this, and they said alar reduction plus columella improvement would do it. So I had the surgery right away, and as you can see, the result was successful lol. Only exactly the part I wanted changed, so I really like it. I was reluctant to get implants because I was also scared about what might happen when I get older later, but since only my alar area changed naturally, I think my satisfaction is the highest haha. At the hospital where I had it done, the director didn't really recommend any other surgeries either …
