Originally, my nose was too small, had a hump, and looked spread out, so it was a huge complex for me. Contouring had its limits too, and I also hated how the hump made my nose look shadowed, so while looking into rhinoplasty, I ended up going to a hospital recommended through an acquaintance. I was first surprised because the interior was cleaner than I expected, and I think I felt more drawn to them because they understood what my concerns would be even without me explaining my nose. So I booked right away and came out. As for nose materials, my nose is naturally so small that my septum was too small to use, so I had surgery with donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and 4 mm silicone. Oh, and because it’s a short nose, I also had more lengthening done…
