My nose was small, short, and upturned, so I went into surgery saying I wanted it lowered as much as possible. It’s now one week postop, but there’s almost no change. In the photo, area 1 where the nasal ala is lifted inward and area 2 where the nasal tip is pressed down look similar before revision and now. For the area marked 1 in the photo, where the nasal ala is lifted inward, will it come down as time passes and the swelling goes down? And could the depressed-looking part like area 2 be buried-looking because of swelling too? When the swelling goes down, will a bit of the nasal tip point in area 2 appear? I feel so hopeless right now …
