I was concerned because my nose tip was blunt and lacked dimension, and I wanted surgery that would shape only the nose tip I wanted without making it excessive. Among the places where I had consultations, I decided to have surgery at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ because they adjusted things to fit me the best. Using rib cartilage felt burdensome, so I had the surgery using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage. The swelling wasn’t too severe, and the clinic took good care of the aftercare, so I liked the line from right after the splint was removed. At the director’s recommendation, I had the columella brought out slightly, and thanks to that it seems to look more natural. Now I can wear makeup comfortably and am doing daily life well. Going forward, in months 2 and 3, a lot more swelling will go down…
