My nasal tip skin has always been really thick and had a blunt, rounded feel, but after putting septal cartilage in the nasal tip and raising it with silicone to match the tip, I think it looks much better. I originally didn’t have a nasal bridge, so my eyes looked far apart, but now that my nose is higher, it also seems to have the effect of making my eyes look closer together. I think I made the right choice.
