Review of my first nose surgery, written since I had revision surgery

Since I had cosmetic and functional revision surgery for my nasal tip at another clinic today, I’m leaving a review of the clinic where I had my first surgery. The surgery was in 2020 at a large clinic, and thinking back now, I knew nothing at the time, so I went in without even really knowing the name of the doctor in charge. Because I was averse to implants, I only had septal extension and nasal tip surgery. At first, the shape came out well. But starting 2-3 years later, my nose began to look crooked and there seemed to be a phenomenon where the septum was collapsing. When the revision surgeon opened my nose, they said there was a material called mesh inside. In the end, an artificial material that had not been agreed upon in advance...
