My low nose had a drooping nasal tip, so rhinoplasty was something I had worried about for years. There were tons of posts saying you shouldn’t touch the nose, but I decided to go ahead with surgery, thinking I’d rather do it and regret it. During the consultation, I also found out I had a subtle hump I hadn’t known about, and I had nasal tip cartilage suturing with ear cartilage. I’m very satisfied with the result, and it’s so natural that people don’t know. But I got prettier haha. The downside is that I can’t smile widely, and it feels like the nasal tip might tear lol
