I usually had a short bulbous nose with no nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was spread out, so even if I worked hard to contour it with shading when doing makeup and used highlighter, there was a limit to creating the nasal bridge and long, slim nose I wanted. It was also hard to retouch it with apps, so I decided on surgery. I went to 7 hospitals, and I had surgery at AB Plastic Surgery because the consultation there was the most thorough and memorable. Since I had a short nose, they said that if the nasal tip was raised blindly it would become an upturned nose, so autologous costal cartilage was recommended. They said the surgery needed to be done while lowering the nasal tip, and they shaped the line with a cotton swab. That kind of meticulousness was what I liked the most…
