I usually had a short bulbous nose with no nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was spread out, so even if I worked hard to contour it with shading when doing makeup and used highlighter, there was a limit to creating the nasal bridge and long, slim nose I wanted. It was also hard to retouch it with apps, so I decided on surgery. I went to 7 hospitals, and I had surgery at AB Plastic Surgery because the consultation there was the most thorough and memorable. Since I had a short nose, they said that if the nasal tip was raised blindly it would become an upturned nose, so autologous costal cartilage was recommended.
