I had nose surgery before, but it gradually drooped, so this time I got nose revision surgery at April 31 Plastic Surgery. I didn’t want anything too excessive, so I went for the most natural and refined look possible. Even though I had the nasal tip raised a bit, from the front I made it natural enough that the nostrils aren’t exposed, and I think it improved well. I didn’t use autologous costal cartilage and used ear cartilage, but just because it’s a nose revision doesn’t mean you must use autologous costal cartilage, so make sure to shop around and decide.
