It has been two months since I received revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, under-eye fat repositioning, and fat grafting to the under-eye area and nasolabial folds at Thank You Plastic Surgery. My first rhinoplasty used donated costal cartilage, but inflammation developed at one month, so I removed all implants and was looking into revision surgery.
