I had surgery last Wednesday morning on the 25th. I told them I wanted it natural, and since my original nose was very low, the nasal bridge got a whopping 5 mm silicone ㅠ lol. They said they trimmed it and inserted it, and the nasal tip was done with donated costal cartilage and AlloDerm. Right after surgery, as soon as I woke up, I could breathe through my nose with a whoosh, so I said, "Doctor, I can breathe through my nose," and they said, "Yes, because we didn't put cotton in your nose." They really didn't put cotton in my nose, didn't put on a splint, and only put on tape lolololololololol. Thanks to that, for 3 days including the day of surgery, I was more comfortable than expected and even washed my face every day…
