This is my 3-month review after implant-free rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic. I went to consultations at many other hospitals too, but I chose this one because they gave me a detailed consultation using autologous materials, exactly in the direction I wanted. A lot of the swelling has gone down, and it looked natural even at first, but maybe because it was implant-free rhinoplasty, it has become even more natural. The incision line has also faded a lot, so I’m satisfied. Other than my nose still feeling firm, there isn’t really anything that bothers me.
