I’m two years post-op, and my original nose was small and slim. I only had a slight hump and wanted my nasal tip angle raised by about 10 degrees, so I went in thinking I’d just get something like tying the columella/tip suturing. But my nose became really bulky overall, got longer, and made my face look masculine. The clinic said it was scar tissue and would go away, that the swelling was severe, but it’s been 2 years, and depending on my condition my nose swells up like a Hallabong orange. You have to be careful with nose surgery. I even only had my nasal tip done, but once a scalpel touches it, it’s all the same. Be careful.
