I lived my whole life with wide nostril wings as a complex, but after getting the surgery, I feel so relieved. Of course, no one notices and only I know, but still, if you’re someone like me, I highly recommend it. It’s not like I wanted my nose to look higher or anything, and I don’t have any plans for nose surgery later either, so I just got alar reduction only. If you look closely, of course the scars are visible, and there are times when they bother me, but I’m trying to let it go by thinking that no one else knows.
