I had nose surgery with cartilage and silicone in 2014, and it’s been maintaining well without any problems for 11 years now. Honestly, before getting it done, I was worried because people said nose surgery always has inflammatory complications, but even now, 11 years later, I’m still satisfied with no issues… Of course, I think it’s because my skin is thick and I didn’t get too greedy when I had it done, keeping it as natural as possible. I’m writing this so anyone who’s worried because of possible side effects doesn’t worry too much
