I got a recommendation from an acquaintance for Director H.S.C., had a consultation, and was told that the line and shape I wanted were possible without an implant, so I had the surgery. My original nose had a hump and the nasal tip drooped a lot, so I thought I would be happy if just those things disappeared. But since I was paying for it, I said I hoped it would look prettier too. I think it turned out naturally and beautifully without an implant. My mouth also looks a bit less protruded, and my overall image has changed a lot. Other than it being a bit hard until the cotton was removed the day after surgery, there wasn’t anything uncomfortable at all, so I’m just alternating cold and warm compresses to keep swelling or bruising from getting worse…
