Review of revision surgery from L-shaped silicone to donated costal cartilage

I had my first nose surgery 6 years ago near my house after a recommendation from an acquaintance. Maybe because the hospital was old, they didn't even take a CT scan and everything proceeded really quickly. So I had been living without even knowing what implant had been put in.
