Honestly, I thought it was my first surgery… but because I had a history of alar reduction surgery before, it counted as a second surgery/revision, so the cost was pretty expensive ㅠㅠ… I had it done as naturally as possible, to the point where people wouldn’t know unless I said so. Still, people around me ask why I’ve gotten so pretty haha. I’m pretty satisfied. The swelling was at its max until about 2 weeks, and after that it went down quickly.
