While browsing the chat room, I saw someone here worrying about surgery for a bulbous nose with a high bridge, so I’m writing a little something, though it’s nothing special. I was more stressed after the surgery and immediately afterward than before getting it, and I felt that way even more because I couldn’t really find reviews similar to mine. This is a self-paid review with photos taken on the basic camera with no filter. The surgery was my first nose surgery, using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and I had it done last September. I didn’t want to worry about inflammation, so I used my own bridge. I also left the hump alone. I was told in advance that the bridge would not be perfectly smooth, but I thought that was natural, so I didn’t put in silicone. At first, I went for a consultation for nostril reduction…
