About a year and a half, almost 2 years ago, I had surgery at The Hada Plastic Surgery, and now that nearly 2 years have passed, I’m finally trying to graduate. 6 years ago, during my first surgery, only septal cartilage was used, and it was made too natural-looking, so I regretted it. I also got philtrum reduction surgery without properly looking into it, so my nose became upturned and shorter. My natural nose was short too, so my nose was short, small, and upturned.
