Hello everyone, on April 22, 2025, I had three types of facial contouring, cheekbone reduction, square jaw reduction, chin tip surgery, and rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage without an implant all together, and I am currently about 8 months, 258 days, post-op. Before surgery, my overall face shape was wide and my cheekbones looked prominent, so every time I took photos, I covered them with my hand or edited the photos a lot. My chin tip was also slightly recessed, so I was concerned that my lower face looked long and my impression looked strong.
