It’s been 3 months since my surgery, and for the implants/materials, I used donated costal cartilage and silicone. Before surgery, I had a thick, bulbous nose, so it was seriously stressful. I focused mainly on improving the bulbous nose while raising the nasal tip. My nasal bridge was low too, but I thought if I raised the bridge too much it would look really obvious that I’d had surgery, so I used low silicone for the bridge. Before surgery, I was literally a totally, totally ordinary, plain-looking girl, but how is it now? My nose got so pretty that my self-esteem went way up, and everyone keeps telling me my nose is pretty, so I’m feeling very proud right now lolololol I originally …
