After spending years just thinking about rhinoplasty and going to consultations at several places, I decided to have surgery at a clinic. I had bulbous nose correction, columella extension, and 3 mm silicone implant placement. The reason I chose this plastic surgery clinic was that from the first consultation, the doctor explained everything very thoroughly, which made me trust them, and they recommended a line that suited my face, which was a big help in making my decision.
